## About the Role

* 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
 * Strong programming experience in Java (preferred) or Python.
 * Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and best practices.
 * Hands-on experience supporting production applications.
 * Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
 * Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
 * Strong scripting experience using Shell, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
 * Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
 * Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

The team is responsible for maintaining highly available enterprise applications while driving automation initiatives, improving system reliability, and supporting mission-critical production environments., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications with a strong focus on production stability.

 * Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.
 * Support production environments, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
 * Participate in on-call rotations, weekend deployments, and production support activities.
 * Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
 * Develop automation solutions to reduce manual operational tasks.
 * Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
 * Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or other scripting languages.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
 * Monitor system performance, resolve production issues, and drive continuous service improvements.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
