 * Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
 * Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and large datasets.
 * Experience troubleshooting and optimizing BI applications and reporting environments.
 * Experience supporting professional services or law firm environments.
 * Experience with financial, HR, payroll, billing, and operational reporting.
 * Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Azure, or SQL Server.
 * Experience with cloud-based Microsoft data platforms.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Microsoft Power BI.
 * Build and maintain data models, datasets, and semantic layers to support enterprise reporting needs.
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects within Microsoft SQL Server.
 * Create and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other Microsoft data integration tools.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard, report, data refresh, and performance issues.
 * Monitor data quality and validate the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
 * Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Design and implement KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting solutions.
 * Support report deployment, security configuration, and user access management.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
 * Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to existing BI solutions.
 * Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
 * Provide end-user training and support for Power BI reports and dashboards.
 * Stay current with Microsoft BI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
