This is not an order-taking role. You're the bridge between business and engineering - confident enough to push back when requirements aren't ready, sharp enough to know when to work around process and when to hold the line on it. How you communicate and build trust matters as much as your technical chops. What You'll Do * Serve as the primary bridge between Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, and engineering teams - translating complex business needs into well-defined, actionable requirements * Own the requirements process end-to-end: discovery, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sign-off * Drive testing and validation through implementation, ensuring what gets built matches what was agreed * Strengthen and improve Agile processes where they add value - and exercise judgment on when pragmatism takes precedence * Push back on ambiguity early, build stakeholder relationships that make that pushback productive, and keep delivery moving, The Business Intelligence, Senior Manager (Advertising & Consumer Analytics) delivers performance insights and optimization strategies for automotive manufacturers leveraging Cox A… + 3 days ago, The Business Intelligence, Senior Manager (Advertising & Consumer Analytics) delivers performance insights and optimization strategies for automotive manufacturers leveraging Cox A… + 3 days ago + ## Related Videos - [Microservices architecture as a key element in building trading systems for global finance markets](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1196-microservices-architecture-as-a-key-element-in-building-trading-systems-for-global-finance-markets) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [How building an industry DBMS differs from building a research one](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/768-how-building-an-industry-dbms-differs-from-building-a-research-one) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - CSS is DOOMed](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1838-wearedevelopers-live-css-is-doomed) - [The user in the eye of the Cargo1492 storm](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/96-the-user-in-the-eye-of-the-cargo1492-storm) - [Collaboration Quantified: Lessons from Open Source Developer Networks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1422-collaboration-quantified-lessons-from-open-source-developer-networks) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [MLops – Deploying, Maintaining And Evolving Machine Learning Models in Production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/115-mlops-deploying-maintaining-and-evolving-machine-learning-models-in-production) - [Why Upskilling And Reskilling is Important For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/428-why-upskilling-and-reskilling-is-important-for-developers) - [From Prototype to Production: Build AI Agents with This Free 4-Course Learning Path](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/655-from-prototype-to-production-build-ai-agents-with-this-free-4-course-learning-path) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers)
