This role is responsible for creating visually appealing assets that feature best practices for digital design. The Digital Designer role displays extraordinary creative skills and works closely with other Marketing & Advertising colleagues and associates in other departments around the organization., * Manage the day-to-day design and content of the Company's website. * Develop and maintain all OSJL creative assets, including but not limited to the website, banners, and landing pages. * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Develop and propose updates to content and graphics processes. * Manage and archive digital assets to ensure channels have access to accurate digital content. * Design and execute digital content for a variety of channels, including but not limited to email, digital display, social media, and mobile platforms. * Establish, communicate internally, and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for all digital properties. * Effectively collaborate with technical developers in OSJL's Website Department to ensure that the optimal user experience and interface are created. * Thrives in a team-oriented setting, consistently collaborating with Marketing & Advertising peers and colleagues in other departments with a positive and constructive attitude., * Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential. * Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. * Hybrid work option: Some work may be completed outside of the Company locations, with at least three (3) days a week in the Corporate Office.
