The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan's computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

 * Complete daily corrections emails received from branches and Home Office.

 * Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them.

 * Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System (TLOS).

 * Manage fraud prevention service's exceptions.

 * Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.

 * Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing.

 * Upload mail-loan check images.

 * Correct errors within mail-related loans.

 * Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

 * Perform all other duties as assigned.
