 * 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic development
 * Proven ability to improve processes-not just maintain systems, * Multi-company or multi-currency ERP experience
 * Experience with Epicor modules (Warehouse, QuickShip, DocStar, Financials)
 * Understanding of manufacturing processes:
 + Inventory, costing, purchasing, production, and shipping, * Practical problem solver-you fix what matters
 * Strong communicator who can work with both IT and the shop floor
 * Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities
 * Focused on results, not just activity

## Description

* Build BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports that actually get used
 * Deliver insights that help leaders make faster, better decisions
 * Improve visibility across inventory, costing, production, and financials

Support the Business (Without the Drama)

 * Be a go-to problem solver for day-to-day ERP challenges
 * Train users in a way that sticks-clear, simple, and practical
 * Identify gaps and proactively fix them before they become issues

Drive Continuous Improvement

 * Help evaluate new tools and technologies
 * Support integration and modernization initiatives
 * Play a key role in how we scale and grow our systems, * Epicor Kinetic expertise:
 + BAQs, Dashboards, Data Definitions, Report Styles
 + SSRS reporting
 + BPMs, Functions, Application Studio
 * Strong SQL Server and C# skills
 * Experience integrating ERP with other business systems
