## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Must be fluent bilingual in English and Spanish

 * Valid CA Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & general computer skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Must be willing to operate out of assigned medical facilities for primary location
 * Experience working in the healthcare industry
 * Warm and friendly personality
 * Persistent and persuasive
 * Adaptable and can think on your feet
 * 1 year experience working in a license medical field role preferred

## Description

* Provide top tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and our field staff
 * Maintain professional demeanor while communicating with customers and family members
 * Work closely with medical facilities to serve as an information hub for DocGo
 * Display knowledge of appropriate medical terminology and conditions.
 * Close business hours M-F 0900-1750 but be flexible - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business
 * Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, case managers, co-workers, supervisors, and the public
 * When necessary, develops solutions for existing clients, including processing calls for service, interacting with supervisors and dispatch, calling requestors and mobile health visits scheduled for customers
 * Actively formulate new strategies to reach out to new potential customers
 * Own and manage a pipeline of patient referrals and patient information
 * Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals with referral capture rate percentage and patient satisfaction
 * Other duties as assigned
