## About the Role

+ Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience developing web applications.
 + Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server.
 + Good understanding of software architecture and backend application design.
 + Experience across the full software development lifecycle, from design through to deployment.
 + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
 + Experience using Git or other version control systems.
 + Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
 + Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
 + A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

 + Work closely with the Back-End Development team to build and maintain robust APIs and backend services.
 + Develop, maintain, and improve existing application features.
 + Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while following established coding standards.
 + Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and clarify technical requirements.
 + Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
 + Participate in code reviews and contribute to pull requests.
 + Support the Team Lead by sharing technical knowledge and mentoring other developers where required.
 + Assist with estimating development effort for product backlog items.
 + Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development best practices.
 + Help drive continuous improvement across the development team while meeting agreed KPIs and project deadlines.
