Working within a central software team, you'll help drive consistency, data quality, user adoption and best practice across Practice Management and Document Management platforms, while supporting business growth and integration activities. Your new role You'll become part of a central team of subject-matter experts responsible for maintaining, improving and supporting key business systems. Your responsibilities will include documenting and improving processes, creating reports and templates, supporting data management and cleansing activities, delivering user training, providing system support, and monitoring adherence to established processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, drive process standardisation, support month-end activities, and assist with software implementation and data migration projects linked to acquisitions. The role also involves supporting system integrations, maintaining templates, managing imports, and helping ensure successful adoption of systems and processes across multiple offices.
