* 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
 * Strong performance marketing mindset - data-driven, ROAS-focused
 * Proven experience with £5K-£100K+/month ad budgets
 * Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel setup, and audience targeting
 * Confident using Meta tools (Ads Manager, Business Suite, Events Manager)
 * Bonus: UGC, video ad testing, landing page optimisation

## Description

We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to lead and scale paid social campaigns for high-growth brands. You'll manage everything from audience strategy to creative performance - all in-house, in a fast-paced team that values results over red tape.

What You'll Do

 * Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Facebook & Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
 * Develop high-performing ad funnels, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation
 * Analyse performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.) and scale campaigns profitably
 * Collaborate with creative and content teams to shape on-brand, high-impact ads
 * Stay ahead of Meta trends, tools, and policies to keep performance sharp
 * Report on results and continuously test for improvement
