The role presents a clear path to progress through the levels of support, and to other areas of the business. The role is based at our recently refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Given the nature of our 24/7 support team, this position is on a rotational shift basis, with the earliest start at 7am and the latest finish at 10pm. Weekend availability is also required, with a rotation of approximately one in four weekends. 37.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and resellers, providing top-notch support through ticketing systems and live chat. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong interest in technology, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Providing outstanding customer service is one of our key company values, and this role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and efficient experience.
