Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met ERP-implementaties en IT-projecten

Ervaring met systemen zoals:

 * Microsoft Dynamics (NAV / Business Central)
 * SAP of andere ERP-oplossingen
 * WMS/TMS-omgevingen

Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie

Je kan businessbehoeften vertalen naar concrete IT-oplossingen

Ervaring met migraties en integraties (API's, datastromen)

Je denkt analytisch en werkt gestructureerd

Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (Frans/Duits is een plus)

## Description

Bij Flanders Food Productions in Lommel staan we midden in een belangrijke digitale transformatie. De overstap naar een modern ERP-landschap is volop bezig en in deze rol bouw jij daar actief aan mee.

We zoeken een IT Project Manager die de brug vormt tussen business en IT. Iemand die structuur brengt in complexe trajecten, stakeholders weet mee te nemen en projecten van analyse tot implementatie tot een goed einde brengt.

* Je stuurt de migratie van Microsoft Dynamics NAV naar Dynamics 365 Business Central verder aan
 * Je coördineert integraties met systemen zoals WMS en TMS
 * Je begeleidt softwareselecties (RFP's) en stuurt externe leveranciers aan
 * Je vertaalt businessnoden naar duidelijke technische requirements
 * Je bewaakt scope, timing en budget en houdt projecten beheersbaar
 * Je zorgt voor datakwaliteit en masterdatabeheer tijdens migraties
 * Je analyseert en implementeert procesoptimalisaties en automatiseringen

Kortom: je zorgt ervoor dat technologie en business op elkaar aansluiten en dat veranderingen ook effectief landen in de organisatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen en rapporteert aan de Head of IT.
