Operation Center environment.
Technical Skills:

 * Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
 * Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
 * Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
 * Cloud: AWS, Azure
 * Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies

Certifications (preferred):

 * CompTIA Network+
 * CompTIA Security+
 * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
 * Or comparable certifications

Soft Skills:

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, We are looking for people who are committed to contributing their expertise and personality to achieve the best for our customers. People like you who want more - and expect more.

## Description

* Point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about our IT applications/systems.
 * Receiving incident reports via phone and email.
 * Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers
 * Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex issues to colleagues in 2nd level support.
 * Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of our customer support within a familial, international team.
