## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in einer Architektur- oder Tech-Lead-Rolle.
 * Schwerpunkt im Microsoft-Stack: gängige Sprachen wie c#, Python, .NET, typescript C#/.NET oder Node.js im Backend. React und/ohder Angular im Frontend. Erfahrung mit Azure, CI/CD und DevOps.
 * Du wendest Architekturprinzipien (Clean Architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven) pragmatisch an.
 * Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Agentic Engineering bzw. im Aufbau produktiver AI-Systeme (z. B. mit LLMs, Tool-Calling, Orchestrierung, Evaluation).
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert und engineering-getrieben mit AI-Technologien - kein reines Prototyping, sondern Fokus auf Robustheit, Skalierbarkeit und Betrieb.
 * Du hältst Dich aktiv am Puls neuer Technologien (z. B. LLM-Frameworks, AI-Orchestration, Retrieval, Evaluation) und bringst dieses Wissen systematisch ins Team und unsere Projekte ein.
 * Du klärst Anforderungen mit Kund:innen, schätzt Realisierbarkeit ein und übersetzt Wünsche in tragfähige Lösungen.
 * Agile Arbeitsweisen (Scrum, Kanban) sind für Dich gelebter Alltag.
 * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch.

* Du verantwortest die Architektur unserer Enterprise-Projekte - von der ersten Idee bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb.
 * Du bleibst Hands-on: Du schreibst Code, baust kritische Komponenten und triffst Architekturentscheidungen aus der Praxis heraus.
 * Du übernimmst fachliche Supervision unseres Dev-Teams - Architektur, Planung, Code-Reviews, Deployment.
 * Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei Technologie- und Methodenwahl und führst Requirements Engineering vom Stakeholder-Workshop bis zur sauberen Spezifikation.
 * Du etablierst Best Practices (Clean Architecture, DDD, Microservices) und sorgst für nachhaltige Codequalität, Security, Skalierbarkeit und Performance.
 * Du gestaltest moderne Cloud-Lösungen auf Basis der Microsoft-Welt (Azure, .NET, Power Platform) inklusive sauberer CI/CD- und Testing-Strategien.
 * Du bist Sparringspartner:in für unser Team, gibst Wissen aktiv weiter und entwickelst unser Portfolio gemeinsam mit anderen Expert:innen weiter.
