The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. * Extensive experience in managing the reporting and planning architecture & processes within the Oracle EPM System (Minimum 5 Years) * Demonstrated success leading large-scale, high-impact financial reporting initiatives and cross-functional collaborations in a complex organization * Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities; adept at synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders * Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information. * Possess a history of driving improvements through automation, system integration, and process optimization using complex enterprise level financial systems * Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and other reporting and/or business intelligence reporting tools * Highly organized and detail oriented Education/Experience * Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in a Finance, Accounting, or related field required. * 6 years experience in Finance related field requiredExperience in large, complex organizations and healthcare organizations preferred. ## Description The Partner, Consolidations & Reporting - Operations leads the end-to-end delivery of financial reporting and planning processes within Oracle EPM, ensuring accurate, timely, and insight-driven outputs for senior leadership. This role owns standardized reporting for business reviews, board, and investor communications, while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting activities. Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and IT, the role drives system enhancements, ensures data integrity, and delivers actionable financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
