## About the Role

* 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
 * Strong expertise in FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
 * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
 * Experience with microservices architecture.
 * Good understanding of API security, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and best practices.
 * Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
 * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Exposure AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python.
 * Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
 * Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest.

Nice to Have

 * Experience supporting production applications.
 * Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
 * Experience working in cloud-native environments.

## Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, hands-on experience building production-grade REST APIs, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture and relational databases., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

 * Build and maintain production-ready REST APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
 * Develop, optimize, and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
 * Design and implement microservices-based architectures for scalable applications.
 * Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
 * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
 * Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
