## Description

Responsible for the planning and performance of internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Develops annual audit plan and reports findings and recommendations., * Assists Management in establishing and maintaining an internal control structure and procedure for financial reporting to meet the requirements of section 404 (c) of Sarbanes-Oxley.

 * Plans and performs internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
 * Identifies and assesses business risks to evaluate and improve business processes and internal controls.
 * Performs financial and operational audits by reviewing audit evidence, internal controls and application of generally accepted accounting principles.
 * Prepares and communicates audit findings and recommendations according to the audit plan.
 * Develops the annual audit plan and presents findings.
 * Performs other related duties and tasks as required.
