Responsible for accuracy and quality of all fixed income operations and fixed income data. Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 day per week, or as assigned by their team leader. Primary Responsibilities * Troubleshoot/solve any settlement problems. * Monitor custodian daily alerts and take appropriate action as needed. * Serve as liaison to internal trading staff to reduce settlement problems with custodians and delivering broker-dealers in order to minimize trade discrepancies. * Monitor all trade settlements to ensure that bonds settle on the expected settlement date. * Assist as needed in setting up new broker dealers that are added to our best execution approved list. * Maintain the daily trade blotters including the daily trade discrepancy report.
