* 5+ years of fullstack development experience

 * Experience with SQL Server, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Comfort with agile tools (GitHub, Jira, code reviews, testing frameworks)
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Bonus points for:

 * Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance
 * Knowledge of Azure services, data visualization, or infrastructure as code
 * Startup experience or open-source contributions
