What will set you apart * Experience leading implementation teams supporting CAISO or SPP market participants. * Proven success scaling implementation organizations. * Experience improving implementation KPIs such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, utilization, and project profitability. * Leadership experience within the energy, utility, SaaS, enterprise software, or power markets industries. ## Description The Implementation Specialist Manager leads a team of Implementation Specialists responsible for delivering successful PowerCore customer implementations. This role oversees people, projects, and customer relationships while partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver scalable implementation strategies and exceptional customer outcomes., * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists and Business Analysts through hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development. * Manage team capacity, project assignments, and resource allocation. * Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Project Delivery * Oversee multiple concurrent customer implementations from discovery through go-live. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements. * Monitor project health, utilization, delivery KPIs, and customer satisfaction. * Manage implementation risks, escalations, and complex customer issues., * Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic customer implementations. * Guide customers through solution design, deployment, testing, training, and adoption. * Build trusted customer relationships while resolving complex implementation challenges. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to prioritize customer needs. * Provide implementation feedback to improve products and service delivery. * Develop and refine implementation methodologies, documentation, and best practices., * Provide technical guidance on APIs, SQL, integrations, and data exchanges. * Review implementation designs, testing strategies, and deployment plans. * Support complex customer integrations and serve as the escalation point for technical implementation issues..
