This manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on IT professional to keep their technology running smoothly day to day. You'll be the go-to person for tech issues, from fixing a frozen laptop to setting up new equipment, and you'll help make sure systems across the company stay reliable and up to date. What You'll Be Doing

 * Fielding and resolving day-to-day tech issues for employees across the company
 * Setting up new workstations and configuring equipment for new hires
 * Installing, updating, and maintaining hardware and software
 * Keeping Windows, Office, Active Directory, and the company's ERP system running properly
 * Walking employees through new tools or software when needed
 * Logging issues and system changes so there's a clear record over time
