This executive-level role oversees all engineering functions supporting development, design, procurement, construction, and operations across the company's distributed generation and energy storage portfolio. The VP of Engineering serves as the company's senior technical authority, driving engineering excellence while ensuring designs remain cost-competitive, scalable, and adaptable to evolving market conditions, codes, utility requirements, and customer demands. This leader is responsible for managing both internal engineering resources and third-party engineering partners, optimizing the balance between in-house capabilities and external consultants to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness. The VP of Engineering reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is a key member of the EPC leadership team.
