Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare or healthcare staffing. * Experience developing KPIs, forecasting models, and operational analytics. * Experience with reporting automation and systems integrations. * MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification. ## Description Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a Finance & Business Intelligence Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics across our growing healthcare organization. This role partners closely with leadership to transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills and enjoys building dashboards, identifying trends, and improving business performance.
