 * Bachelor's degree required
 * +1 year of professional experience required
 * Internship experience desirable
 * Fluency in English language required
 * German language desirable
 * Knowledge in project management, import/export and/or logistics
 * Excellent knowledge in Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint/Visio
 * Knowledge of various LTCS/LHT systems, such as SAP,ProX,O365 etc. are desirable
 * Excellent use of email, internet, and other computer tools
 * Excellent quality consciousness

 * Excellent interpersonal skills
 * Excellent judgment

## Description

Join our team for a 6-12 month internship and gain hands-on experience supporting Foreign Trade Zone initiatives, optimizing processes, and contributing to projects that drive operational excellence.

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

 * Support LTCS Logistics Process Center with FTZ-related logistics processes, including material admissions, removals, transfers, inventory control, and compliance documentation
 * Assist in mapping current-state vs. future-state processes to align USA warehouse operations with FTZ regulatory requirements
 * Prepare and review of FTZ-related documentation, including CBP procedures manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and recordkeeping requirements
 * Use Logistics Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to perform processes root cause analysis and suggest solutions to streamline processes
 * Support the end-to-end FTZ activation project, including planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization
 * Prepare presentations and executive summaries

 * All other duties as assigned or required
