In this role, you'll balance day-to-day production support-partnering closely with Application Managed Services (AMS) teams-while driving system enhancements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that optimize business operations. Success in this position requires more than functional Oracle expertise. You'll understand how customer orders, subscriptions, and service transactions flow across the enterprise, connecting upstream business processes to invoicing, revenue management, and financial accounting. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, collaborating across teams, and making a measurable impact on enterprise systems, this is an opportunity to do just that. Required Skills: Candidates should have hands-on experience working within the Oracle ecosystem, specifically: * Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premises * Oracle Revenue Management Cloud or related Oracle Cloud financial applications The ideal candidate will understand the integration and data flow between customer orders, purchase orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounting systems, and be able to identify impacts across interconnected business processes and applications. Preferred Background: IT functional consultants with Oracle Order to Cash expertise are strongly preferred. Candidates from Finance or Accounting organizations will also be considered if they have actively participated in Oracle implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects and possess a solid understanding of the underlying technology, system integrations, and business process architecture. Experience collaborating across business and technical teams to support operational activities and project delivery is highly desirable.
