## About the Role

* Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) / Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) Certification required.
 * Minimum 2 years of recent Certified Tumor Registrar/Oncology Data Specialist experience.
 * Experience abstracting complex oncology cases, including BMT and multiple-facility cases.
 * Associate's degree in a relevant field required (Bachelor's preferred).
 * Must have a personal PC and dual-monitor setup for this fully remote position., * Certified Tumor Registrar/Oncology Data Specialist: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Certified Tumor Registrar Or ODS Certification (Required)

## Description

* Review, analyze and abstract oncology cases while ensuring compliance with state and national cancer registry standards.
 * Accurately code cancer diagnoses, treatments, staging and outcomes using OncoLog, Cerner, OncoEMR, AllScripts, Aria and Mosaiq.
 * Manage complex cases, including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), multiple-facility abstracts and rare/complex primary sites.
