Job Duties & Responsibilities

 * Partner with clinical teams, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
 * Prepare, validate, and transform data to ensure high-quality analyses and models.
 * Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve healthcare and business problems.
 * Develop, test, and optimize predictive models and analytical algorithms.
 * Design and enhance model features to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance.
 * Identify opportunities to improve patient care, hospital operations, and organizational outcomes through analytics.
 * Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings effectively.
 * Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
 * Manage priorities, communicate project status, and proactively address risks and issues.
 * Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver innovative analytics and AI solutions.
