This opportunity is limited to self-starters with an advanced level of experience in planning, implementing, developing, and maintaining AI/ML applications for a GIS Enterprise and capable of working independently in a fluid custom application development environment. You will be an integral part of a selective professional IT team that directly supports the operational planning cycle to support mission success. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization in Fayetteville, NC., You will use advanced software development techniques to perform complex analysis, design and modification of applications and databases for applying AI/ML models in a GIS Enterprise environment. You will perform software development, deployment, and maintenance of custom solutions supporting geospatial intelligence by analyzing, writing, building, and deploying imagery, FMV, and geospatial AI/ML solutions in support of SOF objectives. You will support geospatial AI/ML initiatives by identifying, acquiring, transforming, and analyzing and visualizing current GIS datasets, to include crisis planning and contingency response. You should have excellent communication skills to include technical writing and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. You should have the ability and willingness to continue to expand your knowledge and experience base to be detail oriented and to prioritize and complete assigned tasks within required deadlines.
