## Description

We're a fast-growing direct sales company based in Montgomery, Alabama, built from a live-stream dream into a multi-million-dollar social selling brand. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an IT Development Manager to lead our development team and align technology with business growth.

What You'll Do

 * Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment

 * Oversee the full software development lifecycle (planning through deployment)

 * Partner with business leaders to translate needs into practical technology solutions

 * Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the company's software applications

 * Drive process improvements (Agile practices, code quality, and delivery efficiency)

 * Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and developers
