## About the Role

* Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, DTMF, PSTN, TDM, VoIP, codecs

 * Hands-on Cyara experience

 * Experience with PBX, SBCs, carriers, call servers, IVRs

 * Proficiency with SIP debugging tools (SIPp, Wireshark, SBC logs)

 * Understanding of MOS scoring and voice quality metrics

 * ASR/NLU testing experience, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

## Description

We're looking for a Cyara Test Lead with strong voice/telephony expertise to drive automated testing for IVR, SIP-based call flows, and overall call quality.
