* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Lean/Six Sigma oder praktische Erfahrung mit Workflow-, Low-Code- oder Automatisierungsplattformen (z.B. Pega, UiPath) sind von Vorteil
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse daran, neue Themen zu erschließen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
 * Erhebung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und IT
 * Übersetzung von Anforderungen in fachliche Konzepte, Epics und User Stories
 * Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops, Reviews und Abstimmungen mit Fachbereichen und IT
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams während der Umsetzung sowie Unterstützung bei Tests, Abnahmen- und Rollout-Aktivitäten
 * Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung neuer digitalen Arbeitsweisen
