## About the Role

* You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
 * Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
 * with strong interest in aviation and customer experience
 * Experience in consulting, agency work, or strategic projects is a plus
 * Excellent communication and copywriting skills
 * Quick learner with a structured and independent work style
 * Very good English and German skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including strong PowerPoint skills)
 * Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex topics

## Description

* Prepare, coordinate, and publish product and service content for the internal newsletter
 * Independently create and design the layout of the internal newsletter
 * Plan and execute smaller internal and external communication projects
 * Take end-to-end ownership of selected communication initiatives (e.g. newsletter) as independent projects
 * Drive touchpoint communication in close collaboration with Marketing and Digital Content teams

Strategy Support:

 * Support strategic projects aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey
 * Conduct market and trend analyses, benchmarking, and prepare executive-ready presentations
 * Contribute to concept development and assist in workshops and management documentation
