## About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key qualifications include:

## Description

As our System Administrator, you will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems and network. Your key duties will include:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and other network infrastructure.
Managing network security, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.
Providing timely technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our office and field staff.
Performing regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and key processes.
Administering user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Implementing and managing data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
Developing and maintaining clear documentation for all IT systems and procedures.
Evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
