This role supports the organization's network, server, storage, cloud, endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms while serving as a key technical resource between Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery. The position helps drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, lifecycle management, and technology modernization while supporting business growth, acquisitions, and enterprise technology initiatives. Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days per week in the office., * Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Krayden's enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology platforms. * Support enterprise network, server, storage, cloud, identity, and collaboration services. Design and implement automation that improves operational efficiency, consistency, and service quality. * Support technology integration activities associated with acquisitions, office expansions, relocations, and organizational growth. * Participate in infrastructure planning, operational improvements, documentation, standardization, and technology modernization initiatives. * Provide advanced technical expertise and Tier II/Tier III escalation support for complex infrastructure issues. * Ensure enterprise infrastructure aligns with security policies, governance standards, and operational best practices. * Contribute to continuous service improvement through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
