What are we asking? * You have a completed master's degree (WO-level). * You have 8 to 15 years of relevant (internal) consulting experience, for example as a (senior) manager at a consulting firm or as an experienced business process manager in a corporate environment. * You have proven experience in managing organizational change and are familiar with software development processes. * You have experience with large-scale IT transformations. * You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
