## Description

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our data is reliable and fit for purpose. Your key responsibilities will include:

 * Developing, implementing, and enforcing data quality standards and procedures across the organisation.
 * Conducting regular data audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues, including inaccuracies, duplications, and inconsistencies.
 * Collaborating with various departments to understand their data requirements and ensure data is captured accurately at the source.
 * Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data standards, metrics, and procedures.
 * Monitoring data entry and management processes to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
 * Analysing and reporting on data quality metrics to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
 * Assisting in the cleansing and standardisation of data sets for migration, reporting, and analysis.
 * Providing training and support to staff on data quality best practices and the use of data management tools.
