We have also been named a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher., * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve digital gaming incidents and player complaints, with the guidance of your manager, to ensure minimal impact on the digital gaming platform and players

 * Support day-to-day monitoring of the digital gaming platform by utilizing backend systems to review reports and complaints to detect any issues or anomalies and take corrective actions
 * Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical incidents or player complaints and appropriately identify when incidents need to be escalated
 * Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, system configurations, processes and procedures, and platform training material
