End-to-End Solution Development: * Translate customer business needs and technical workload requirements (AI/HPC, enterprise virtualization) into compelling, customized proposals. * Architect total solutions-encompassing GPU platforms, power and cooling infrastructure, cluster networking (InfiniBand, high-speed Ethernet), and rack integration-to win strategic bids and secure long-term design wins. Strategic Account Growth & Executive Relationships: * Forge multi-threaded C-level relationships within newly acquired and existing strategic accounts to drive satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities. * Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, ensuring superior customer experience and strengthening trust. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: * Own the product P&L and define a winning roadmap by synthesizing inputs from market analysis, competitive intelligence, and direct customer feedback. * Champion the customer voice within the organization, ensuring product requirements and differentiators are explicitly tied to solving enterprise pain points and generating revenue.
