 * Lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation and enterprise integration program.
 * Manage Salesforce, middleware, and back-office system integrations.
 * Strong Project Management experience delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
 * Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry experience is required.
 * Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
 * Build and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including India.
 * Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, SAP, Salesforce, and implementation partners.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
 * Strong IT background with experience driving enterprise transformation projects.
 * Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, timelines, and project deliverables.
 * Experience working with third-party vendors and internal business teams.
 * PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
