## Description

* SAP PS Configurations
 * Customize SAP PS to meet business needs
 * Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support)
 * Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs
 * Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition
 * Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements
 * Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems
 * Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements
 * Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
 * Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing
 * Prepare and update support documentation and training materials
 * Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency
 * Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements
 * Deliver knowledge transfer sessions
 * Track delivery timelines and gather feedback
