## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree preferred, two year degree required or the equivalent combination of training and experience
 * Maintain, support, operate, and repair district devices including but not limited to PCs, laptops, Macs, Chromebooks, printers, phones, projectors, interactive panels, and iPads.
 * Serve as an onsite technical resource to all users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with a thorough understanding of system hardware and operating systems. Simple network understanding and troubleshooting experience necessary.
 * Provide information and assistance to students, teachers, and other staff members in a timely and professional manner.
 * Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Maintain detailed documentation of work completed in the district ticket system.
 * Establish and maintain a professional rapport with teachers, staff, and students. Need to be an advocate for those in your assigned location and the technology department as a whole.
 * Process and follow up on all reported problems as necessary while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
 * Participate in all related training, conference, seminars, or webinars as related to job function.
 * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, work under desks and other tight spaces.
 * Must be able to work in team situations and individually with minimal supervision.
 * Ability to look at computer screen for an extended period of time.
 * Reliable transportation is necessary.
