## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field. (MBA a plus)
 * 2-4 years' experience or equivalent, related knowledge (*Higher level candidates will be considered based upon relevant experience / skills.)
 * Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
 * Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
 * Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, visualization and automation.
 * Skilled in developing automated workflows and scripts to streamline data processing and reporting.
 * Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing technologies.
 * Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

Develops impactful visualizations and reports for non-technical audiences and supports ad hoc reporting needs. Collaborates with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into well-documented deliverables and provides meaningful data to guide decision-making. Demonstrates proficiency in data extraction, validation, and manipulation to ensure accuracy and quality., * Creates more complex visualizations and/or reports tailored for consumption by a non-technical audience.

 * Assists in developing and distributing ad hoc reporting.
 * Provides support in meetings to translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to support reporting and visualization projects.
 * Demonstrates a basic-to-intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of data extraction, validation, and manipulation.
 * Supports colleagues with a variety of tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
 * Collaborates with subject matter experts to effectively provide meaningful and valuable data to assist in executive decision-making.
 * Exercises discretion and applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning, and/or implementation of critical business initiatives.
