## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL, bzw. vergleichbare technische Ausbildung oder Qualifikation (z. B. Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung)
 * Kenntnisse im IT-Servicemanagement (ITIL Orientierung) und agilen Vorgehensweisen (z. B. Scrum)
 * Mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Support von Enterprise Anwendungen, der Systemanalyse und im Anforderungsmanagement
 * Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in der Datenauswertung per SQL, in der Anwendungs-programmierung (z.B. .NET) sowie in einem Ticket- und/oder Changemanagementsystem.
 * Kenntnisse in zusammenhängender IT-Infrastruktur
 * Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
 * Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie starke analytische Fähigkeiten.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
