## About the Role

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Date Science, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, insbesondere in der Betreuung von SAP-Modulen und idealerweise der Module SD und PP
 * Kenntnisse im Customizing, in der Anforderungsanalyse sowie in der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Testspezifikationen und Dokumentationen
 * Gutes Verständnis für integrierte Unternehmensprozesse in Vertrieb, Logistik, Produktion und angrenzenden Bereichen
 * Expertise im Umgang mit EDI, Schnittstellen, Formularen, Fiori oder SAP-Berechtigungen wünschenswert
 * Du arbeitest ebenso strukturiert wie lösungsorientiert und hast Freude, abteilungsübergreifend Mehrwert zu schaffen
 * Deine kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit kommt im Team als auch im Austausch mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern zur Geltung
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationskenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

 * Be an early applicant, * Beratung der Fachabteilungen zu Einsatzmöglichkeiten, Grenzen und Nutzen von KI-Technologien sowie technischen Lösungsansätzen und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Einsatzes von künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierungen im gesamten Unternehmen
 * Identifizierung und Bewertung von Use Cases zur Anwendung von KI und Automatisierungslösungen, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren
 * Konzipierung von KI-basierte Lösungen, AI Agents, Automatisierungen sowie Prototypen und Proofs of Concept
 * Betreuung von KI- und Automatisierungsplattformen sowie angebundene Systeme, v.a. im Umfeld von Microsoft
 * Anleitung, Schulung und Support der Anwenderbereiche im Umgang mit KI- und Automatisierungslösungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
 * Festlegung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Einhaltung von KI-Governance, Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices
 * Unterstützung der Teams IT Infrastruktur, IT Service Desk, IT Business Services sowie weiterer IT-Bereiche
