## Description

Die Mixed-Signal-Verifikation gewinnt bei der Entwicklung moderner integrierter Schaltungen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Insbesondere in Kommunikations- und Sensorsystemen müssen analoge und digitale Schaltungsteile zuverlässig zusammenarbeiten. Eine wichtige Rolle spielt dabei die Erstellung abstrakter Verhaltensmodelle von Transistorschaltungen, die effiziente Simulationen auf höheren Abstraktionsebenen ermöglichen, beispielsweise mit Verilog-AMS.

Zur Unterstützung dieses Prozesses existiert bereits ein Python-basiertes Framework zur automatisierten Generierung von Schaltungsmodellen. Ziel der Arbeit ist die Erweiterung dieses Frameworks um Verfahren zur automatischen Signal- und Strukturklassifikation sowie zur Erkennung definierter Schaltungsklassen. Darauf aufbauend sollen Generatoren entwickelt werden, die automatisch geeignete Mixed-Signal-Verhaltensmodelle erzeugen. Dadurch soll der Aufwand für die Modellierung reduziert und die Effizienz der Mixed-Signal-Verifikation gesteigert werden., * Klassifikation von Signalnamen
