## Description

The Level 3 Engineer is a highly skilled technical professional responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the organization's IT infrastructure., * Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

 * Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices.
 * Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
 * Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing.
 * Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
 * Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use.
 * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization.
