## About the Role

You're comfortable moving across the full stack - building a native feature in
the morning, debugging a query in the afternoon, and owning the release that
ships both. Specifically, you'll need:

 * Strong TypeScript, front to back.
 * Production React Native / Expo experience - real builds, native modules, EAS,

and the App Store release process.

 * Solid relational data modeling and SQL - comfort with an ORM (Drizzle or

similar) and schema migrations.

 * An ownership mindset - you're at home maintaining a full-stack app, debugging

in production, and owning your releases end to end.

NICE TO HAVE

 * tRPC and the TanStack ecosystem (Query, Start, Router)
 * Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
 * Realtime (WebSockets / Pusher), push notifications, and calendar/scheduling
