## Description

Mainspring is seeking a Part-Time Technical Support Specialist I to assist customers with retail technology support, software setup, hardware configuration, and day-to-day troubleshooting. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, an aptitude for technology, and a desire to build a long-term career in technical support., * Provide front-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools

 * Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and peripheral issues
 * Assist with software installations, upgrades, and system configuration
 * Configure workstations, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and related equipment
 * Document customer interactions and solutions
 * Assist with customer onboarding and training
 * Participate in implementation and upgrade projects
 * Follow up on open support requests
 * Escalate advanced issues when appropriate
 * Maintain accurate time tracking and project documentation
