 * ️ Familiarity with Windows-based network environments and protocols
 * ️ Solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and desktop systems
 * Experience with break/fix tasks, installations, and software upgrades
 * Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and iOS is a plus (not required)
 * Comfortable in a role that involves frequent client interaction and outstanding service
