* Experience with low-voltage cabling, copper and fiber
 * Ability to lead 1-5 technicians
 * Knowledge of cable pulling, terminations, testing, and troubleshooting
 * Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings
 * Understanding of safety standards and data center environments
 * Strong communication and documentation skills

## Description

* Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure
 * Lead crew, assign tasks, and oversee daily project execution
 * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
 * Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
 * Perform cable pulling, terminations, labeling, and testing (copper and fiber)
 * Troubleshoot network cabling and patch equipment as needed
 * Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project issues
 * Maintain documentation, track progress, and submit crew timesheets
